If you have already used Windows 11, you probably noticed a new indicator in the taskbar. Microsoft managed to add a progress bar of execution right under the program icon, which looks like an extremely interesting and successful solution. The craftsmen adapted this idea for Linux, namely for the Latte panel. It allows you not to replace the main skin, but only to install the novelty as an add-on. Color switching (dark or light), as well as transparency and size settings will be available in the indicator settings.
To install or update, download and unzip the archive. Go to the folder and open it in the terminal. Next, run the command:
kpackagetool5 -i . -t Latte/Indicator
