"Liquid" cursors are to some extent a self-explanatory name, because if you look closely at our new pointers, you can see textures that vaguely resemble a water surface. It's quite nice, especially if you are the same person who is looking for something new in this regard, while not too much different from the original (but at the same time combined with custom themes).
Neat design, working with different monitors and support for most versions of Windows are factors inherent in this set.
